4. Kind Heart
One of the things that I knew set Bryan apart from the rest, was his willingness to go the extra mile to set himself apart from other realtors and bring extra value to the table. For instance, the morning that we closed the deal, Bryan showed up ASAP with keys in hand
that he had picked up from the seller. When he noticed that we were packing our U-Haul truck, even though we had hired two workers, he and his partner Jose Prado stayed to help us move. They stayed for at least 3 hours to help us move, even moving our fridge and bedroom furniture! To this day I always mention this to my friends and they say it’s unheard of. I really appreciated that they did this because they turned what would’ve taken 6 hours to pack, into 3 hours. When we finally completed the move, in the evening Jose ordered takeout food for us by surprise. It was our first meal in our home and we won’t forget that it was a result of an extra kind gesture. I know the Bryan and Jose are probably at it right now creating unforgettable home buying experiences for lucky clients and I am very happy for them. They deserve all the business they can get and they never let you down.
