It was an absolute pleasure to work with Bryan on our first home purchase. I am glad that we found Bryan and I always consistently recommend him to all our friends. Bryan has: 1. Extraordinary work ethic: Took us to see countless homes and worked relentlessly with us to find a home within our price range and criteria and offered valuable advice along the way. When we put in offers for homes he was blazing fast with the paperwork and made sure that every minute counted. 2. Dedication: Gave us the time and patience to find the RIGHT home. He was super motivated to get us into the home and kept the momentum going when we put in the offer. 3. Passion: It was obvious that Bryan loved his job and he was extremely enthusiastic. He kindly showed us the home a number of times on request when our relatives were in town and we wanted them to also see the home. 4. Kind Heart One of the things that I knew set Bryan apart from the rest, was his willingness to go the extra mile to set himself apart from other realtors and bring extra value to the table. For instance, the morning that we closed the deal, Bryan showed up ASAP with keys in hand that he had picked up from the seller. When he noticed that we were packing our U-Haul truck, even though we had hired two workers, he and his partner Jose Prado stayed to help us move. They stayed for at least 3 hours to help us move, even moving our fridge and bedroom furniture! To this day I always mention this to my friends and they say it’s unheard of. I really appreciated that they did this because they turned what would’ve taken 6 hours to pack, into 3 hours. When we finally completed the move, in the evening Jose ordered takeout food for us by surprise. It was our first meal in our home and we won’t forget that it was a result of an extra kind gesture. I know the Bryan and Jose are probably at it right now creating unforgettable home buying experiences for lucky clients and I am very happy for them. They deserve all the business they can get and they never let you down.
