Bryan is all around the best realtor ever. He was able to get our condo sold for tipy topdollar in just 2 days with multiple offers on the table. Once we accepted and offer We were selling to buy so we hit the ground running in looking for a replacement home in just one weekend we saw over 15 homes and found the one that best fit our family. Fixer upper so ideally does go to flippers but we were up for the challenge and Bryan worked his magic and the sellers picked us. Later in the game the sellers agent mentioned that the only reason we got the home was because our realtor and his attention to detail. He definitely went up to bat when our lender were making it difficult to close Bryan did what he knows best and made the deal close.
