With two bachelor’s degrees — one in art and the other in marketing — and her professional background as a marketer and a sales representative, Amarmaa “Amar” Mkrtchian is an eminently qualified real estate professional.

But as an immigrant, she carries other personal attributes that are even more valuable to her clients; motivation, determination, loyalty, respect, perseverance, and ambition are character traits instilled by her upbringing.

Whether her client is a seller looking for someone who can market and promote their property, or a buyer who needs an able representative to navigate the complexities of acquiring their own home, Amar is the professional they want by their side.

In her spare time, Amar likes to write and to ride her motorcycle on desert roads or along the beach. In 2021, she purchased her first property in Los Angeles. Drawing on her artistic talents, she enjoys interior design. Amar also loves animals and has two rescue cats; she dreams of someday opening her own animal adoption and rescue operation.
